摘要
目的探讨试管IVF周期中顶体酶活性与受精率的关系.方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月于本院生殖中心行人类辅助生殖技术助孕夫妇中男性175例,根据顶体酶活性分为异常组和正常组,异常组又根据顶体酶数值大小分为A组、B组、C组、D组、E组,A组患者10例,顶体酶20~25μIU/106;B组患者21例,顶体酶26~31μIU/106;C组患者33例,顶体酶32~37μIU/106;D组患者37例,顶体酶38~43μIU/106;E组患者37例,顶体酶44.0~48.2μIU/106;正常组37例,顶体酶>48.2μIU/106,比较各组受精率的差异.结果异常组受精率78.93%,正常组受精率为83.51%,两者比较差异无统计学意义;A组受精率为72.2%,B组受精率为79.15%,C组受精率为81.3%,D组受精率为81.14%,E组受精率为80.88%,正常组受精率83.51%,A组与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余两两比较差异无统计学意义.结论对于顶体酶低于25μIU/106患者,IVF受精率明显降低,建议行ICSI助孕,从而提高受精率增加辅助生殖技术的成功率.
Objective To discuss the relationship between acrosome enzyme activity and fertilization rate in IVF cycle. Methods 175 cases of male was choosed to help couples pregnancy in the center line of human assisted reproductive technology from January 2016 to December 2016, The abnormal group was divided into abnormal group and normal group according to acrosomal enzyme activity, and the abnormal group was divided into A group, B group, C group, D group and E group according to acrosomal enzyme value. GroupA: acrosome enzyme 20-25 μIU/106, 10 cases. Group B: acrosome enzyme 26-31 μIU/106, 21 cases;Group C: acrosome enzyme (32-37) μIU/106, 33 cases. Group D: acrosome enzyme (38-43) μIU/106, 37 cases;Group E: acrosome enzyme 44.0-48.2 μIU/106, 37 cases. Normal group: acrosome enzyme>48.2 μIU/106, 37 cases, whether fertilization rate in six groups were differences. Results The rate of fertilization in group A was statistically significant difference with normal group.There was no statistically significant difference betweet A, B, C, D, E and normal group. Conclusion When the sperm acrosin activity was lower than 25 IU/106 patients, the rate of fertilization was significantly decreased. Then ICSI was suggested to improve the fertilization rate, thus the success rate of assisted reproductive technology may be helpful.
