摘要
本文探讨复合饲料添加剂对弱仔猪生产性能、血液指标及粪便微生物的影响,挑选35日龄左右的弱仔猪32头,随机分成对照组和试验组,每组4个重复。每个重复4头弱仔猪。对照组弱仔猪饲喂教槽料,试验组在饲喂相同教槽料的基础上添加复合饲料添加剂,试验共计7 d。结果表明:试验组平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),料肉比极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,试验组血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、球蛋白、IgG、铜、铁有增加的趋势(P>0.05)。试验组粪便pH值和大肠杆菌数量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。弱仔猪饲料中添加复合饲料添加剂,可降低粪便pH值和大肠杆菌数量,利于肠道健康,减少弱仔猪腹泻率,显著提高弱仔猪的生长性能。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of compound feed additives on the growth performance,blood index and fecal microbial flora in weak piglets.A total of 3235-day-old weak piglets were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 4 replicates per group and 4 piglets per replicate.The weak piglets of control group were fed a corn and soybean meal-based weaning dietand experimental group piglets were fed the same diet and supplemented compound feed additives.The experiment lasted seven days.Relative to the control group,the average daily gain was very significantly increased(P<0.01),but the feed conversion ratio was very significantly decreased(P<0.01)and the diarrhea rate was also significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,Compared with the control group,there was an increasing trend of serum glutamyl transaminase,glutamate transaminase,total protein,globulin,IgG,copper and iron contents(P>0.05),These means that the compound feed additive did not affect the normal physiological function of piglets,but had certain promoting effect on the immune function and mineral absorption to some extent.The fecal pH value and E.coli in experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01),In conclusion,Supplementing compound feed additives to the weak piglets reduced fecal pH value and the number of E.coli,benefited intestinal health,decreased the diarrhea rate,and thus remarkablyimproved growth performance of the weak piglets.
