摘要
目的:评价玉屏风散合香砂六君子汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻临床效果。方法:选取2017年8月-2018年11月收治的100例脾胃虚弱型泄泻患者病例资料进行分析。以不同的治疗措施作为分组依据,将100例患者分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组用常规药物治疗,基于此,试验组增加玉屏风散合香砂六君子汤加减治疗,对比两组炎性因子变化情况、临床症状评分、大便性状与次数恢复时间、治疗总有效率。结果:炎性因子变化情况与对照组相比,试验组较优(P <0.05);临床症状评分与对照组比较,试验组较低(P <0.05);大便性状与次数恢复时间与对照组相比,试验组较短(P <0.05);治疗总有效率与对照组相比,试验组较高(P <0.05)。结论:玉屏风散合香砂六君子汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻,不仅可以改善炎性因子变化情况、临床症状,还能缩短大便性状与次数恢复时间、提高治疗总有效率,临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of the Yupingfeng Powder(玉屏风散) plus Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction(香砂六君子汤) on diarrhea of the Piwei Xuruo(脾胃虚弱) type. Methods: 100 cases of diarrhea of the Piwei Xuruo type admitted from August 2017 to November 2018 were analyzed. According to treatment measures, 100 patients were divided into the control group and experimental group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs. The experimental group was treated with the Yupingfeng Powder and Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction more. The changes of inflammatory factors, clinical symptom scores, stool traits and frequency recovery time, and total treatment efficiency in two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the change of inflammatory factors was better in the experimental group(P<0.05). The clinical symptom score was lower in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05). The recovery time of stool characteristics and frequency was compared with the control group. In comparison, the experimental group was shorter(P<0.05);the total effective rate was higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Yupingfeng Powder plus Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on diarrhea of the Piwei Xuruo type can not only improve the changes of inflammatory factors and clinical symptoms, but also shorten the recovery time of stool traits and times, improve the total effective rate of treatment, and the clinical effect is remarkable. It is worth promoting.
