摘要
针对混凝土预制构件在工业化生产过程中存在的密实度、匀质性、生产噪声等技术瓶颈问题,结合其生产工艺,基于低水灰比混凝土复合振动密实机理方面的同步研究,示范应用了研发的构件台振系统与模台降噪技术与设备,并突破复合频谱台振系统等关键技术;通过示范应用,验证了上述技术和设备解决了大型模台成型能力不足、振动噪音大的问题,提高了构件的生产质量与效率,节约了原材料,降低了生产能耗,改善了生产环境,减少了排放,通过关键装备和工艺的突破,实现了提质增效。
Aiming at the technical bottleneck problems of compactness,homogeneity and production noise in the process of industrialized production of precast concrete components,combined with its production process,based on the synchronous research of composite vibration compaction mechanism of low water cement ratio concrete,the developed platform vibration system and model noise reduction technology and equipment are demonstrated and applied,and the key technologies such as composite frequency spectrum platform vibration system are broken through;Through the demonstration application,it is verified that the above technology and equipment solve the problems of insufficient forming capacity and large vibration noise of large die table,improve the production quality and efficiency of components,save raw materials,reduce production energy consumption,improve the production environment,reduce emissions,and realize the improvement of quality and efficiency through the breakthrough of key equipment and technology.
