摘要
通过文献检索,总结了逍遥散及其化裁方近年的临床应用现状,多应用于内科、妇科、儿科、五官科、皮肤科、神经科等。虽然逍遥散临床报道较多,但部分研究只注重西医诊断,欠缺中医辨证;样本量较少,不具有代表性;对照设计未设置对照组;用药剂量、剂型和疗程方面没有统一的标准;存在个案报道未能形成系统总结等问题。今后,应加强研究的科学性,同时开展多中心大样本研究,以利于制定统一标准,为中医药更好的传承发展打下基础。
This article summarizes the clinical application of Free Wanderer Powder and its modified prescriptions in recent years through literature search.It is widely used in internal medicine,gynecology,pediatrics,otolaryngology,dermatology,neurology and so on.Although there are many clinical reports about Free Wanderer Powder,some studies only focus on the diagnosis of Western medicine and lack of syndrome differentiation of TCM;the sample size is small and not representative;the control group is not set up in the control design;there is no unified standard in dosage,dosage form and course of treatment;The case report failed to form a systematic summary;and other problems.Therefore,in the future,we should strengthen the scientific nature of research,and carry out multi-center and large-sample research,in order to facilitate the formulation of unified standards and lay the foundation for the better inheritance and development of TCM.
