摘要
近年来,渤海油田加大了水平注水井调剖调驱技术的推广与应用,并取得了一定的增油降水效果。但在现场应用过程中,存在注入压力高,导致注不够或注不进的问题,严重影响调剖调驱效果。为降低水平注水井调剖/调驱注入压力,从低黏度注入液为出发点,以低分子量耐温耐盐聚合物为主剂,酚醛预聚体为交联剂,六次甲基四胺为助剂,得到了一种注入初始黏度低、成胶性能好的调剖/调驱剂WLV-4。室内模拟表明,驱替注入压力比常规堵剂的注入压力低36.84%。渤海油田A47H井应用WLV-4调驱作业,增油降水效果明显,适合水平注水井调剖/调驱。
In recent years,Bohai oilfield had increased the popularization and application of profile control and flooding technology in horizontal water injection wells,and achieved a certain effect of oil increase and precipitation.However,in the field application process,the injection pressure was high,which leads to insufficient or inadequate injection,seriously affecting the profile control and flooding effect.In order to reduce the injection pressure of profile control or profile control and flooding in horizontal water injection wells.Profile control and flooding agent with low initial viscosity and good gelling performance was obtained by using low molecular weight temperature-resistant and salt-resistant polymer as main agent,phenolic prepolymer as crosslinking agent and hexamethylenetetramine as auxiliary agent.Under the same conditions,the injection pressure was 36.84% lower than that of conventional plugging agent.The application of WLV-4 as profile control and flooding agent in well A47 H of Bohai-Oilfield had obvious effect and it was suitable for profile control/flooding of horizontal water injection wells.
