摘要
针对伊拉克艾哈代布(AHDEB)油藏高矿化度(8×10~4 mg/L)及水平井的特点,研制了一种以超支化多糖聚合物(CDT)为主剂、酚醛(FQ)为交联剂、硫脲(LN)和Na_2SO_3(NS)为助剂的凝胶体系,并利用岩心物理模拟实验对其调剖性能进行了评价。实验结果表明:该凝胶体系成胶时间及成胶强度可控,成胶时间3~7d、成胶强度达D^F级。用于AHDBE油田的最佳配方是:CDT 2 250mg/L+FQ0.8%+NS 250mg/L+LN 100mg/L。该凝胶体系具有较好的注入性及封堵性,封堵率能达到98%以上;且用渗透率级差为28.52和74.23的两组人造岩心进行剖面改善实验后,高低渗透层的吸水剖面得到了明显的改善,且对低渗透层伤害率低。该调剖剂能满足高矿化度油藏深部调剖的需求。
A weak gel system was synthesized on the Ahdab reservoirs(AHDEB)in Iraq field characterized with high salinity and horizontal wells.The hyperbranched polysaccharide polymer gel wassynthesized by using the hyperbranched polysaccharide polymer(CDT)as key agent,phenol-formaldehyde organic compound(FQ)as crosslinkers and thiourea(LN)and sodium sulfite(NS)as auxiliaries in the laboratory.Moreover,the profile performance was evaluated by using core physical simulation experiments.Experiment results indicate that gelation time and gel of strength gel can be controlled by adjusting the concentrations of polymers and crosslinkers.Gelation time is in a wide range of 3to 7days and strength of agent can reach code D to F.The optimal formula is used for AHDEB field as follows:CDT 2 250mg/L+ FQ 0.8% + NS 250mg/L + LN 100mg/L.The core physical simulation experiments demonstrate the profile agent has good injecting and plugging ability,which the plugging rate is more than 98%.Furthermore,two groups of artificial core permeability differential of 28.52 and 74.23 are used for profile modification experiment.The water absorption profile of high and low permeable formation got obvious improvement,damage rate of low permeable formation is low.The profile agent can meet the requirement of the deep profile in the salinity reservoir.
