情景模拟与病例讨论结合模式在中医住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的实践和思考 被引量:25

摘要 随着中医住院医师规范化培训政策的实施和深化,临床教学对于加强教学质量,培养高层次中西医结合人才尤为重要。情景模拟与病例讨论结合模式是一种较为新颖的教学方式,相较于传统临床教学,其更注重理念的变革、内容的充实和方法的更新,该教学模式全面优化中西医结合临床教学方案,充分发挥教学相长与并重的宗旨。本文针对中医住院医师规范化培训临床带教的常见问题,围绕情景模拟与病例讨论结合模式在临床教学中的特色和优势进行思考和探讨,包括以下三方面:情景再现,轻松教学;引导为主,灌输为辅;促进理论,结合实践。 With the implementation and deepening of the standardized training policy for TCM residents,clinical teaching is especially important for strengthening the teaching quality and cultivating high-level talents of Chinese and Western medicine.The mode of combining scenario simulation and case discussion is a relatively new teaching method.Compared with traditional clinical teaching,it pays more attention to the reform of ideas,enrichment of contents and updating of methods.This teaching mode comprehensively optimizes the clinical teaching program of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and gives full play to the purpose of teaching and learning and paying equal attention to each other.This paper aims at the common problems in the standardized training of TCM residents in clinical teaching,and focuses on the characteristics and advantages of the combination of scenario simulation and case discussion in clinical teaching to carry on thinking and discussion,including scene reproduction,easy teaching;guidance-based;guidance first,instillation second;promotion theory,combine practice.
