三种皮燕麦的花部特征及繁育系统初探

摘要 为了研究燕麦育种理想的杂交组合类型,本文观测了皮燕麦品种骏马、加燕2号和青海444的花部特征及开花动态,测定了其花粉活力、柱头可授性、杂交指数并进行了人工授粉实验.结果表明:骏马花期为16d、加燕2号和青海444花期分别为20d和17d;同一天内,同一品种的花粉活力大小与柱头可授性较强时间表现一致,但不同品种之间有差异:骏马的花粉活力和柱头可授性于下午17∶30左右最强,加燕2号于早上8∶30左右最强,青海444于中午11∶30左右最强;三个品种杂交指数(OCI)均为2,其繁育系统类型均为兼性自交.综合三种皮燕麦的花粉活力,柱头可授性,杂交指数,繁育系统类型及人工授粉坐果情况认为,以加燕2号为母本,骏马为父本是较为理想的杂交组合. In order to find an ideal hybrid combination for oat breeding,the floral syndrome and blooming dynamics of three oat varieties,Junma,Jiayan 2 and Qinghai 444,were observed,their pollen vitality and stigma receptivity were measured,their overcrossing index(OCI)was estimated and artificial pollination experiment was carried out.The results showed that the flowering period of Junma was 16 days,that of Jiayan2 was 20 days,and that of Qinghai 444 was 17 days.During the same day,the change of the pollen vitality in same variety was consistent with that of the stigma receptivity.However,there was a difference between the different varieties:the highest pollen vitality and stigma receptivity of Junma,Jiayan 2 and Qinghai 444 was observed at 17:30,8:30and 11:30,respectively.The overcrossing index of the three varieties was all 2,and the breeding system was all the same type,facultative self-intercourse.Taken into account the above situation,it is considered that,taking Jiayan 2 as the female parent,and the Junma as the male parent was an ideal hybrid combination.
