摘要
基于绿色发展的绿色治理内涵、绿色治理理念、绿色治理共同体思想、交叉重叠的价值共识、“去中心化”的权力向度和权威来源,以沟通、协商、合作为治理方式,以系统化、精细化、精准化为治理特征,追求多重且平衡的价值目标。当前,国内外绿色治理研究尚处于初始阶段,还存在着研究成果匮乏、碎片化、理论化程度低、研究方法不足等问题。绿色治理目标、绿色治理体系、绿色治理机制、绿色治理文化、绿色治理质量测评等,将是绿色治理未来研究的重点与趋向。
Based on green development,green governance includes the ideology of green governance,the idea of green governance community,overlapping value consensus,decentralized dimensions of power and authoritative sources.With characteristics of systematization,refinement and precision,it aims at pursuing multiple and balanced value goals through communication,consultation and cooperation.Currently,research on green governance at home and abroad is still in its initial stage with inadequate and fragmentized achievements,theoretical deficiency as well as inadequacy in research methods.The target,system,mechanism,culture and quality assessment of green governance will be the focus of future research on green governance.
