摘要
目的观察固冲四草汤对更年期功能性子宫出血患者子宫内膜水通道蛋白4(AQP4)、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的影响及疗效。方法选取128例更年期功能性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各64例,两组均给予健康教育、饮食、运动等基础干预,在此基础上对照组给予米非司酮治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合固冲四草汤治疗。观察两组中医证候积分、临床指标、卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E 2)、孕酮(P)、临床疗效以及AQP4、ER、PR。结果治疗后两组中医证候积分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组子宫内膜厚度显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血红蛋白水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组FSH、LH、E2、P水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组AQP4、ER、PR显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论固冲四草汤能够有效改善更年期功能性子宫出血患者子宫内膜AQP4、ER、PR,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the influence of Guchong Four-herb soup on endometrial aquaporin 4(AQP4),estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR)of patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding and clinical efficacy.Methods 128 patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding from our hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,64 cases in each group.Two groups were given basic intervention such as health education,diet and exercise intervention.In addition,the control group was given with mifepristone,and the treatment group were given with mifepristone and Guchong Four-herb soup.TCM syndromes scores,clinical indexes,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E 2)and progesterone(P),clinical efficay,and AQP4,ER,PR were observed.Results After treatment,TCM symptoms scores were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness was significantly lower than that before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Hemoglobin level was significantly higher than that before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The level of FSH,LH,E2 and P were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.19%in the treatment group and was 79.69%in the control group,indicating the significant difference(P<0.05).AQP4,ER,PR were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guchong Four-herb soup can effectively improve endometrial AQP4,ER,PR in patients with functional uterine bleeding in menopause,and improve the clinical efficacy.
