摘要
目的探讨针药结合治疗崩漏的临床疗效。方法将门诊50例患者随机分为2组,治疗组予四草汤加减口服治疗配合针灸治疗,对照组予单纯四草汤加减口服治疗,观察阴道出血情况。结果近期止血疗效治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为88%和64%,有显著差异(P<0.05);远期疗效治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96%和76%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论针药结合治疗崩漏的临床疗效更显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with herbal medicine on metrorrhagia and metrorrhagia. Methods A total of 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Sicao decoction combined with acupuncture, while the control group was treated with Sicao Decoction alone.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 88% and 64%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 96% in the long-term treatment group and 76% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion acupuncture combined with medication is more effective in treating metrorrhagia and metrorrhagia.
