摘要
随着信息社会的不断发展,全媒体时代已经到来。传统学术期刊要适应时代发展,就必须与数字新媒体进行深度融合,完成编辑能力的转型。在学术期刊融合发展过程中,要求编辑主动增强职业能力,擅长运用新媒体思维、具有新锐学术选题的捕捉力、培养学术专长、熟悉媒体融合传播理念与技术,与时俱进修炼“内功”。与此同时,学术期刊编辑部也应当重视编辑“融合能力”的培养,积极补足复合型人才短板,从而达到全媒体时代学术期刊融合发展的需要。
As the continuous development of information society,the era of omnimedia has come.To adapt to the social development,traditional academic journals must be deeply integrated with digital new media to achieve the positive transformation of editing ability.In the process of the integration and development of academic journals,editors should actively improve their professional abilities,such as,new media thinking,the ability to capture new academic topics,academic expertise,the ability of using the concept and technology of media integration communication,and practice of“internal merit”evolving with the time.At the same time,the editorial department of academic journals should also pay attention to cultivating“integration ability”of editors,and change the short-board of interdisciplinary talents,to meet the need of the integration development of academic journals in the omnimedia era.
