摘要
随着科学技术的发展和社会的进步,我国新闻出版业态及技术要求发生深刻变革,尤其数字出版、网络出版以及新媒体形式的快速发展,对科技期刊编辑工作者提出了更新、更高的要求。通过对新形势下科技期刊编辑人员应具有的政治素质、基本编辑素质及新形式出版方面应具有的素质进行分析探讨,提出新时期科技期刊编辑人员在编辑出版数字化及新媒体出版方面应具有的能力,以期对科技期刊把握正确的报道方向、提高编校质量、适应新形势发展有所裨益。
With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous progress of society,the format and technical requirements of press and publication in China have undergone profound changes,especially the rapid development of digital publishing,network publishing and new media put forward new and higher requirements for news publishers,especially for editors of sci-tech periodicals.This paper analyzes and discusses the political quality,basic editorial quality and publishing quality of editors of sci-tech periodicals under the new situation,and puts forward the ability that editors should possess in editing and publishing digitalization and new media publishing in the new period.It is helpful for sci-tech periodicals to grasp the report direction,improve the quality of editing and proofreading,and adapt to the new situation.
