旋转式铁谱仪谱片磨粒定量分析方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对旋转式铁谱仪谱片定量分析方法存在的测量效率低,易造成人为误差等不足,设计一种旋转式铁谱仪谱片磨粒覆盖率测量分析系统,实现对铁谱磨粒沉积参数高效稳定的定量分析。该系统通过控制显微镜载物台移动,利用光电传感器获取谱片磨粒覆盖率信号,采用LabVIEW上位机软件完成磨粒信息的自动采集、分析与处理。试验结果表明,该系统测量准确度较高,达到预期的设计目标,且该测量分析系统的分析效率较高,能满足实际批量定量分析的要求。 There are some deficiencies in the quantitative analysis method of rotary ferrograph,such as low measurement efficiency and human error.A wear particles coverage rate measurement and analysis system was designed,which can realize the quantitative analysis of high efficiency and stability.By controlling the movement of the microscope stage,the system can obtain the wear particle coverage signal by photoelectric sensor,and complete the automatic collection,analysis and processing of the wear particle information by using software of LabVIEW.The experimental results show that the system has a high measurement accuracy and achieves the expected design goals.The efficiency of the measurement and analysis system is high,and it can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis of large-batch.
