摘要
分析了高梯度磁过滤器的机理,研究了温度对磁性材料性能的影响。实验测试了各种工况的高梯度磁过滤器,并与传统磁过滤器进行了比较。带冷却的磁过滤器对10μm以上的颗粒的过滤效率为84%,比不带冷却的磁过滤器过滤效率高71%,比传统磁过滤器过滤效率高210%。
The mechanism of the high gradient magnetic filter was analyzed theoretically, and the characteristics of the magnetic materials influenced by temperature were analyzed and tests. The filtering efficiency of a high gradient magnetic filter was tested in different situations and compared with traditional magnetic filter. The fil- tering efficiency to the particles larger than 10μm of the high gradient magnetic filter with cooler is 84%, 71% higher than that of high gradient magnetic filter without cooler, 210% higher than that of a conventional magnetic filter.
