摘要
试验以特殊的隧道环境为背景,对复合纳米光催化材料涂层的构造深度,不同掺入量的纳米光催化材料的尾气降解性能进行研究。发现涂层式复合纳米光催化材料对隧道钢渣沥青混合料尾气降解有一定效果,并对构造深度产生一定影响。结果表明:采用涂层式将改性纳米光催化材料应用于隧道钢渣沥青混合料表面,当纳米TiO 2和纳米CeO 2相对于涂层用量的掺入比分别达到5%和10%时,可取得降解效率峰值且对HC和NO的降解效率可达41.7%和68.7%,30 min内尾气降解速率分别达到78.5 ppm/min和333.9 ppm/min。
The test was based on a special tunnel environment,studied on the depth degradation performance of nano-photocatalytic materials with different depths in the depth of composite nano-photocatalytic coatings.It was found that the coated composite nano-photocatalytic material had certain effect on the tail gas degradation of tunnel steel slag asphalt mixture and has an impact on the structure depth.The results show that application of modified nano-photocatalytic materials to the surface of tunnel steel slag asphalt mixture by coating,when the incorporation ratio of nano-TiO 2 and nano-CeO 2 to the coating amount reaches 5%and 10%,respectively.The degradation efficiency peak is obtained and the degradation efficiency of HC and NO is 41.7%and 68.7%,and the degradation rate of exhaust gas reaches 78.5 ppm/min and 333.9 ppm/min in 30 min.
