摘要
本文研究了5-异喹啉磺酸酯的合成及稳定性情况。以5-异喹啉磺酸为起始物料,经过氯化、酯化反应得到5-异喹啉磺酸酯类化合物,并发现此类物质不稳定,室温下就容易降解为2-烷基异喹啉-2-鎓-5-磺酸盐。三个2-烷基异喹啉-2-鎓-5-磺酸盐化合物经过核磁共振氢谱和质谱确证结构。
Isoquinoline-5-sulfonates were prepared and their stabilities were studied.Started from isoquinoline-5-sulfonic acid, after chlrorization and esterification reaction, the Isoquinoline-5-sulfonates were prepared, but these compounds were not stable, and decomposed to 2-alkyl-lisoquinolin-2-ium-5- sulfonate under room temperature.The structures of these three compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS.
