摘要
纳豆激酶是纳豆枯草杆菌分泌的一种碱性丝氨酸蛋白酶,有较强的溶血栓作用,能够改善血液粘度,可增加血管弹性,是一种安全有效的绿色溶血栓药物,因此,研发高活性纳豆激酶的产品技术对于民生健康非常有利。纳豆激酶是一种理想的治疗血栓的药物,应用前景非常广泛。本文主要对纳豆激酶的溶栓机理及作用,纳豆激酶的分离纯化及工艺条件进行简单介绍,并简述纳豆激酶类相关产品,最终进行展望,以期对纳豆激酶的研究提供理论支持。
Nattokinase is an alkaline serine protease secreted by Bacillus subtilis.Nattokinase has a strong thrombolytic effect,which can improve blood viscosity and increase blood vessel elasticity.Nattokinase is a safe and effective green thrombolytic drug.Therefore,the development of high-activity nattokinase products technology is very beneficial to people’s health.Nattokinase is an ideal drug for thrombus treatment,and its application prospect is very extensive.In this paper,the mechanism and effect of nattokinase,the separation and purification of nattokinase and the process conditions were briefly introduced,and the nattokinase-related products were briefly described.In order to provide theoretical support for the study of nattokinase.
