摘要
目的探索基于PBL的翻转课堂教学在独立医学院校生物化学课程教学中的教学效果。方法以天津医科大学临床医学院2017级眼视光医学专业和口腔专业186名学生为研究对象,将186名学生分为2组(试验组和对照组),每组93人。试验组采用基于PBL的翻转课堂的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。课程结束后,通过考试及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果试验组单元测试成绩、期末考核成绩、教学满意度、学生课堂积极性均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论生物化学教学中采用基于PBL的翻转课堂教学,可以激发学生学习的兴趣,提高教学的质量,达到更好的教学效果。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of the application of flipped classroom teaching method based on PBL in biochemistry teaching in medical colleges. Methods A total of 186 students majoring in ophthalmology and stomatology from the Clinical College of Tianjin Medical University were studied in 2017. The 186 students were divided into two groups (experimental group and control group), with 93 students in each group. Flipped classroom teaching method based on PBL teaching method was used in the experimental group and traditional teaching method was used in the control group. At the end of the course, the teaching effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire. Results The experimental group had higher unit test scores, final examination scores, teaching satisfaction and students' classroom enthusiasm than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching method based on PBL in biochemistry teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning, improve the quality of teaching and achieve better teaching effect.
