摘要
通过样方法和土壤墒情测定仪对元谋干热河谷进行土壤墒情与植物多样性关系研究。研究表明:①土壤湿度和含水量与植物丰富度指数Ma相关系数为-0.465和-0.388;与香浓维纳指数H′相关系数为-0.368和-0.337;与辛普森指数D相关系数为-0.371和-0.356;与Gleason指数Gl相关系数为-0.400和-0.356;土壤含水量与Pielou均匀度指数E相关系数为-0.291,均呈显著或极显著相关。②样区植物丰富度指数Ma、香浓维纳指数H′、辛普森指数D与Gleason指数Gl均随土壤湿度、土壤含水量的增加而呈现下降的趋势,Pielou均匀度指数E随土壤含水量的增加呈下降的趋势;Ma与Gl随着土壤盐度的增加而呈现上升的趋势。土壤水分是影响该地植物多样性的主要因素。研究结果可为当地水土保持工作的开展与植被恢复中物种的选择提供参考。
It was studied the relationship between soil moisture content and plant diversity in Yuanmou dry-hot valley by using the sample method and soil moisture analyzer. The results show that: ① the correlation coefficients of soil moisture and water content with the plant richness index Ma are-0.465 and-0.388, the correlation coefficients with Fragrance Wiener index H’ are-0.368 and-0.337, the correlation coefficients with Simpson index D are-0.371 and-0.356;the correlation coefficients with Gleason index Gl are-0.400 and-0.356 and the correlation coefficients between soil moisture content and Pielou evenness index E are-0.291, all of these are significant or extremely significant. ②The plant richness index Ma, Fragrance Wiener index H’, Simpson index D and Gleason index Gl all appear a downward trend with the increase of soil moisture and soil water content, Pielou evenness index E appears a downward trend with the increase of soil water content, while Ma and Gleason index appear an upward trend with the increase of soil salinity. Soil moisture is the main factor affecting plant diversity in this area. The results can provide reference for the development of local soil and water conservation work and the species selection in vegetation restoration.
