摘要
在知识经济浪潮席卷全球的今天 ,能不能对不断变化的动态环境作出创造性应答已成为一个人成功的关键。同样 ,高等院校只有在教育教学过程中坚决树立以人为中心的行为理念、充分发掘师生的创造能力、实施创新教育 。
Nowadays,with the spreading of knowledge economy across the whole world,the key to success depends on whether we can make a creative reaction to the changing situation.Likewise,colleges and universities are restricted by the development of society.To meet the requirements of knowledge economy and personnel competition,we should set up the behavioural conception of human orientation,adjust the traditional relationship between teachers and students to display their creative ability and carry out the creative education.
