摘要
基于PLC的锅炉远程监控系统主要采用现代化的计算机信息技术以及组态管理软件WINN进行锅炉的集散式动态管理。设计的对象主要采用PLC控制系统进行锅炉水位、温度及燃烧的数据采集和控制,并实现安全保护及其报警,使用WINCC组态软件对锅炉进行远程实时监控,同时将数据存储,形成表格和曲线图。该系统实现了全天候实时自动控制,具有数据采集准确、界面简洁、操作简单,控制精准,安全可靠等优点,并且有利于提高生产管理水平降低用户的工作强度,节省系统维护和管理成本,提高企业核心竞争力。
Based on PLC,the remote monitoring system mainly used modern computer information technology and configuration management software WINN to carry out distributed dynamic management of boilers.The design object was mainly carried out by PLC control system of boilers.PLC controller was used to complete the boiler water level,temperature and the data acquisition and control of combustion,and implement the safety protection and alarm,remote real-time monitoring of boilers using WINCC configuration software,at the same time store the data to obtain tables and graphs.This system realized the all-weather real-time automatic control,the data collection and control interface was simple,accurate and precise,safe and reliable,and could improve the standard of boiler production management,reduce the labor intensity of production management,optimize the operation,and could also reduce the cost of maintenance and management of the system,improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
