摘要 为了实现住宅小区供热锅炉数据的远程实时在线监控,根据监控系统的实时性和经济性要求,同时考虑到供暖系统作为一个大惯性的系统,对系统调节实时性要求不很高等特点,设计并实现了移动的GPRS网络和传统供暖监控终端设备相结合的供热远程监控系统.针对住宅小区远端近端热用户温差大,水力失调严重;热用户采暖调节方式单一,欠考虑室外温度,导致用户室内温度不稳定,造成热能大量浪费等问题,提出了一种以热源变流量调节为主的供暖运行方式,并阐述了气候补偿控制技术的工作原理. In order to realize the remote real-time on-line monitoring of the measured data as well as the requirement of monitoring system in both real-time and economy, at the same time, considering the heating system as a high inertia system, without the needs of high real-time performance, a heating and monitoring system combined with GPRS mobile network and traditional monitoring terminal equipment is designed and carried out. In the light of the problems such as the big temperature difference between the near and romote terminals, water power imbalance, single heating adjustment for users and disconsidering the temperature outside, it results in unstable temperature indoor and causes the large quantities waste of heat power. Finally a kind of heating operation method of adjusting heat load is presented, and the working principles of weather compensation control is expounded in the paper.
