摘要
目的:系统评价2型糖尿病对牙周病患病风险的影响,探讨2型糖尿病和牙周病的关联性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库、万方科技期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库,查找2型糖尿病与牙周病相关性的病例对照研究文献,按照严格的纳入排除标准筛选文献,对筛选出的文献进行质量评价并提取相关数据,采用Stata 14.0软件对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入21篇病例对照研究文献,分析结果显示,与未患2型糖尿病人群相比,患2型糖尿病人群的牙周病发病风险明显增高OR=2.95(95%CI 2.27~3.83)。亚组分析显示本研究的异质性主要来自对国外人群的研究,通过漏斗图和Egger线性回归法未发现明显发表偏倚。结论:2型糖尿病和牙周病存在正关联,2型糖尿病可能是牙周病的独立危险因素。
Objective:To comprehensively review the influence of type 2 diabetes on periodontal disease and to discuss the relationship between type 2 diabetes and periodontal diseases.Methods:Case-control studies of relationship between type 2 diabetes and periodontal disease were searched in PubMed,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP.All studies which matched both the inclusive criteria and exclusive criteria were selected in our study.Stata 14.0 software were used to conduct this Meta-analysis after the studies'extraction and evaluation.Results:21 case-control studies were involved in our study.The results of Meta-analysis indicated that type 2 diabetes was significantly associated with periodontal disease OR=2.95(95%CI 2.27~3.83).In subgroup analysis,there was some heterogeneity from foreign studies.There was no indication of publication bias with Funnel plot and Egger's test.Conclusions:Type 2 diabetes have positive association with periodontal disease which indicated type 2 diabetes may be an independent risk factors of periodontal disease.
