摘要
目的探究甲状腺癌组织中核受体辅激活蛋白5(NCOA5)表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法随机选取2018年2月至2019年2月在我院行手术治疗的78例甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象,使用免疫组化法检测甲状腺癌组织、癌旁正常组织的NCOA5蛋白表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 NCOA5蛋白在甲状腺癌组织中阳性表达率低于癌旁正常组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NCOA5蛋白在肿瘤分化程度低、临床分期Ⅲ+Ⅵ期、淋巴结转移组织中阳性表达率低于肿瘤分化程度高+中临床分期Ⅰ+Ⅱ期、非淋巴结转移组织中的阳性表达率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NCOA5蛋白在甲状腺癌组织中低表达,并与临床病理特征关系密切,可作为甲状腺癌诊疗的参考依据。
Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear receptor co-activator 5(NCOA5) in thyroid cancer tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods A total of 78 patients with thyroid cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly selected as the study objects. The expression of NCOA5 protein in thyroid cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between them and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of NCOA5 protein in thyroid cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive expression rates of NCOA5 protein in low differentiation of tumors, clinical stages Ⅲ+Ⅵ,lymph node metastasis were lower than those in high differentiation +middle, clinical stages Ⅰ+Ⅱ and non-lymph node metastasis, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion NCOA5 protein is lowly expressed in thyroid cancer tissues, which is closely related to clinicopathological features. It can be used as a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer.
