摘要
目前研究牵引电机架悬参数对动车转向架稳定性的影响主要局限于对转向架线性临界速度的影响,对非线性临界速度的影响较少涉及。根据国内某型动车组牵引电机悬挂方式,导出动车转向架动力学方程,利用延续算法求得转向架横移极限环曲线,得到转向架线性、非线性临界速度,研究牵引电机架悬参数对其影响。研究发现:牵引电机架悬参数对线性、非线性临界速度影响存在一定差异。利用Hopf分叉范式理论研究系统的三次共振项系数与转向架线性、非线性临界速度的关系。计算表明:系统的三次共振项系数的实部越大,其线性临界速度与非线性临界速度相差越大。
Currently,the study on the influence of the suspension parameters of traction motor on the stability of high speed train bogie is mainly focused on the influence on the linear critical velocity of the bogie,rather than the influence on the nonlinear critical velocity.In this paper,according to the type of traction motor suspension on a high speed train,the vehicle bogie dynamic equation was derived.The limit cycle curve of the bogie transverse movement was obtained by continuation algorithm.With the help of the limit cycle,the linear critical velocity and nonlinear critical velocity of the bogie were obtained and the influence of traction motor suspension parameters on linear critical velocity and nonlinear critical velocity was studied.The influence of suspension parameters of traction motor on linear and non-linear critical speed was found to be different.Finally,the relationship between the third resonance coefficient of the system and the linear and nonlinear critical velocity of the bogie was studied by using the Hopf bifurcation paradigm theory.From the results,the larger the real part of the third resonance coefficient,the greater the gap between the linear critical velocity and the nonlinear critical velocity is.
