摘要
为了进一步改善200km/h轮对空心轴式动力车的性能,本文采用多刚体动力学软件SIMPACK建立了完整的动力学模型,分析了驱动制动单元车体端、构架端悬挂刚度和耦合减振器阻尼特性对驱动制动单元各向振动加速度和动力车平稳性能的影响,发现优化驱动制动单元悬挂参数可以改善其工作条件和整车性能,但对轮轨力影响不大。最后还比较了驱动制动单元不同悬挂刚度下主要部件的振动频率,计算结果的趋势与线路试验结果相吻合。
A complete model of a 200 km/h power car with wheel sets of hollow axles is established by SIMPACK to modify its dynamic performances. The influences of the drivingbrakingunit suspension stiffness at the car body or bogie ends and the coupling damper characteristic on its all direction's accelerations and the car's riding quality are analyzed. It is noticed that the unit suspension parameters have a notable effect on its work conditions and the power car performances, but a little effect on the wheel/rail interaction forces. The oscillation frequencies under the different suspension stiffness of unit are compared. The trend of calculating results is consistent with the test on line.
