摘要 葡萄是中国最重要的经济果树之一,低温伤害一直是制约其产量和品质的重要因素。一般情况下,当冬季气温低于﹣15℃时,葡萄植株便会受到冻害,从而影响翌年的产量及品质,冻害严重时会导致树体死亡。而我国北方葡萄产区冬季气温普遍低于﹣15℃,葡萄产量受冻害的几率较大。因此,对葡萄抗寒种质资源、国内外葡萄抗寒育种状况、葡萄抗寒生理机制与生化特性、葡萄抗寒分子机制及越冬防冻措施等进行分析总结,可对葡萄产业的发展和抗寒机制研究提供参考。 Grape is an important economic fruit,the low temperature injury has been an important factor that restricts its yield and quality.Under normal circumstances,when the temperature is lower than -15 ℃,the plants will suffer from freezing damage,affecting the annual yield and quality,and causing death in severe cases.The winter temperature in northern grape producing region is generally lower than -15℃,and grape production is greatly affected by freezing damage.Therefore,grape cold-tolerant germplasm resources,the cold-resistant breeding status of grapes at home and abroad,the physiological and biochemical characteristics of grape cold resistance,the molecular mechanism of cold resistance of grapes and the anti-freezing measures of wintering were summarized in the paper,it will provide a reference for research on cold resistance mechanism and develop the grape industry.
