摘要
葡萄是我国的重要果树之一,对其抗寒性的研究意义深远。现从葡萄的组织结构、膜系统及生理生化指标、种质资源、防冻措施、基因工程等方面,对近年来葡萄的抗寒性研究进行了综述。
Grape is one of the most important fruit trees in our country and the study of the cold-resistance is profound. The article reviewed the cold-resistance of grape from five aspects, including histological structure, membrane system, germplasm resources, control measures and genetic engineering.
