摘要
当前我国蛋鸡产业已经进入转型升级关键期,但与国际先进水平相比仍有明显差距,而且存在养殖增效难、环保压力大、消费行为变迁与质量保障不协同、鸡蛋加工薄弱等难题,虽然拥有鸡蛋需求刚性增长、科技创新及技术应用助推产业发展、环保政策促进蛋鸡废弃物资源化利用等有利因素,但仍需要通过提升蛋鸡养殖水平、加强食品监管、树立品牌、推进种养结合、调控产能缓解波动等具体措施协同驱动我国蛋鸡产业转型升级。
Currently,the layer industry in China has entered a critical period of transformation and upgrading,but still shows an obvious gap with advanced international standards.Moreover,there are also tricky problems such as difficulty in improving raising efficiency,pressure from environmental protection,failure to coordinate changes in consumer behavior and quality guarantee,and weaknesses in the processing of eggs.Despite such favorable conditions as rigid growth of demand for eggs,development of the industry driven by scientific and technological innovation and technical application,and resource-oriented utilization of waste from layers with the support of environmental protection policies,the transformation and upgrading of the layer industry in China still need to be driven by coordinating such specific measures as improving the level of raising layers,strengthening food supervision,establishing brands,promoting the integration of planting and raising,and regulating capacity to relieve fluctuations.
