摘要
本文从分析我国当前农业环境污染主要原因入手,浅析我国现有有关农业环境污染防治法律体系的不足,以求为我国在农业环境污染防治的法律建设提供可行性建议。
This paper analyses the shortcomings of the existing legal system for the prevention and control of agricultural environmental pollution, aiming at providing feasible suggestions for the legal construction on it.
