摘要
我国环境污染强制责任保险制度试点多年,亟待进一步规范、完善。本文对环境污染责任保险制度的国际经验与我国环境污染强制责任保险立法过程稿进行比较研究,分析我国环境污染强制责任保险立法的重点问题,并提出立法建议。
The pilot project of mandatory environmental pollution liability insurance has been deployed for years in China.There has been an urgent need for further standardization and improvement of current system.This paper compares the drafted legislation on Chinese mandatory environmental pollution liability insurance with several foreign environmental liability insurance regulations,addresses the key issues in the legislative process,and puts forward policy recommendations and legislative suggestions.
