摘要
根据新能源供应的特殊性,构建由电力供应商、充电桩运营商及终端用户组成的多级新能源供给单业态服务链,基于Stackelberg博弈模型中各成员的不同决策模式,建立分散式和集中式动态决策模型,据新能源终端用户付费结构,分别确定不同决策模式下新能源供应的两部制动态定价,并研究不同决策模式在对新能源不同需求阶段动态定价策略的影响.研究结果表明:集中决策更有利于服务链中各成员及服务链整体利润的提升;新能源汽车保有量越高,集中式动态决策下的能源供应及充电服务费定价越具有优势;前期保有量有限的情况下,可以采用一定的外部手段减小集中式动态定价对新能源需求增长的影响.
According to the particularity of the new energy supply, a new energy service chain composed of power supply enterprises and charging pile operators is constructed. Based on the different, decision-making modes of each member in the Stackelberg game model, a decentralized and centralized dynamic decision model is established. According to the new energy user payment structure, the new model of the new energy is determined under different decision-making modes. The two part pricing strategy of energy supply is studied, and the influence of decision making mode on the dynamic pricing strategy of new energy is studied. The results show that centralized decision-making is more conducive to the promotion of the overall profit of all members and service chains in the service chain. The higher the number of new energy vehicles, the more advantageous the pricing of energy supply and charge service charge under centralized dynamic decision-making, and the reduction of concentration by a certain amount of external means.
