摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗短暂性脑缺血的疗效。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方期刊数据库(WDKSP)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、Cochrane library、PubMed、springer link、EBSCOAcademicSearch Complete、Elsevier-SDOL(Science Direct Online),其中英文数据库检索时间从数据库初始至2018年7 月1 日,中文数据库检索时间从1990 年7 月1 日—2018 年7 月1 日。检索文献均为随机对照试验及半随机对照试验。以疗效值和血浆黏度值作为疗效指标计算中西医结合治疗短暂性脑缺血疗效。采用Review Manager5.3 软件进行系统性评价。结果 20 篇文献纳入研究,中西医结合治疗短暂性脑缺血与单纯阿司匹林和/或基础治疗的疗效[O^R=4.36(95% CI :3.16,6.00)(P <0.05)];中西医结合治疗短暂性脑缺血疗效与单纯阿司匹林和/或基础治疗效果[SMD=-0.13(95% CI :-0.22,0.05)(P <0.05)]。结论中西医结合治疗短暂性脑缺血可能更好地减少发作频率,改善症状,而且不会对血浆黏度产生影响。
Objective To systemically investigate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on transient ischemic attack. Methods We searched the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (WDKSP) and Chinese Scientific Journals Full-Text Database from Jul 1, 1990 to Jul 1, 2018 for Chinese database;Cochrane library, PubMed, springer link, EBSCO-Academic Search Complete, Elsevier-SDOL (ScienceDirect Online) from inception to Jul 1, 2018 for English database. Randomized controlled trails and semi-randomized controlled trails were included in this study. The odds ratio (OR) and standardized mean difference (SMD) were used to evaluate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on transient ischemic attack. The extracted data were analyzed by Review Manager 5.3. Results Totally 20 studies including 1794 patients were involved to evaluate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on transient ischemic attack. The OlR value was 4.36 (95% CI: 3.16, 6.00, P < 0.05) and the SMD was -0.13 (95% CI:-0.22, 0.05, P < 0.05). Conclusions Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine reduce the frequency of transient ischemic attack, which may potentially be a therapeutic option.
