摘要
高粱是我国白酒酿造的主要原料,并以此形成了我国独特的酿酒业。当前国内一些名酒企业纷纷涉足酿酒用高粱种植业,相继建立了酿酒专用高粱基地。本文简述了我国酿酒高粱生产现状及发展趋势,侧重分析了酿酒高粱在江苏的发展优势与前景,并提出了需要加以解决的问题及对策。
Sorghum is the main raw material of making liquor in China;a unique brewing industry has formed based on it.Aiming at making liquor from sorghum,some famous liquor enterprises in China have been involved in sorghum planting Industry by establishing special sorghum planting bases.This paper describes the current status and developmental trend of sorghum production for liquor-making in China,in particular emphasizes the advantages and prospect of developing liquor-making sorghum planting industry in Jiangsu Province,and also puts forward measures for solving the problems currently existing in this field.
