摘要
高粱[Sorghum bicolor(L.)Moench]是一种在世界上广泛种植的谷类作物,其种类丰富,抗旱、耐涝、耐盐碱,抗逆能力强,应用广泛。本文主要从食用、饲用、制糖、造纸、能源等多个方面介绍了高粱在我国以及其他国家和地区的应用情况。进一步说明发展高粱多元化产业具有重要的意义和广阔的前景。
Sorghum [ Sorghum bicolor ( L.) Moench ] is one of the cereal crop which has widely grown around the world,it has rich variety,drought,water logging,salinity and has strong ability to withstand adversity and widely used .This article introduces the application of sorghum in our country and other countries and regions,from the food,feed,sugar,paper,energy and other aspects.It is further illustrated that sorghum has important significance and broad prospect in the development of diversified industrial .
