摘要
早期乳腺癌的检出率逐年增高,射频消融近年已广泛用于早期乳腺癌的治疗,但疗效的安全和有效评价手段目前尚不统一。原子力显微镜作为一种新型显微镜,对评价乳腺肿瘤细胞的特点有其独特性。本文就早期乳腺癌射频消融术后疗效的评价方式与原子力显微镜应用的研究进展作一综述。
Detection rate of early breast cancer is increasing year by year, and radiofrequency ablation has been used in the treatment in recent years. However, the efficacy, safety and effective evaluation method are not uniform. As a new type of microscope, atomic force microscope is unique in the evaluation of breast tumor cell. This paper reviews the research progress of the curative effect evaluation of radiofrequency ablation for early breast cancer and application of atomic force microscope.
