摘要
以聚琥珀酰亚胺为原料,采用碱解法制备聚天冬氨酸,并研究了氢氧化钠溶液的用量、反应时间以及反应温度对聚天冬氨酸产率的影响。结果发现,氢氧化钠溶液的加入量为14mL,碱解反应时间为60min、碱解反应温度为50℃时,聚天冬氨酸的产率最高,达到了87.2%。
Polyaspartic acid was produced by alkaline hydrolysis of Polysuccinimide in a solvent. The effects of the added amount of NaOH, reaction time and reaction temperature on the generating rate were studied. The results showed that when the amount of sodium hydroxide solution was 14 ml, the reaction time was 60 min, and the reaction temperature was 50 ℃. The maximum yield of polyaspartic acid was 87.2 %.
