摘要
对国内外关于全生命周期碳排放核算的理论与实践进行了较为系统的梳理,在比较分析的基础上,界定了全生命周期碳排放的阶段划分、排放边界、排放因子和排放主体等关键要素,并对全生命周期碳排放核算方法在实践中的进一步应用进行了探讨。
This paper systematically combs the theory and practice of life cycle carbon emissions accounting at home and abroad. On the basis of comparative analysis, it defines the key elements of life cycle carbon emissions, such as stage division, emission boundary, emission factors and emission subjects, etc. It also discusses the further application of practices with the accounting method of the carbon emissions on the basis of the whole life cycle theory.
