摘要 基于大量的实验数据揭示了FFU余压和能耗性能指数EPI之间的线性关系,并结合风机相似律证明理想情况下,该线性关系式的斜率为定值,截距与空气过滤器阻力相关,从而得到FFU能耗的估算公式,并给出了FFU能耗性能特征值μ的定义;在此基础上对该模型加以应用,为预测FFU运行能耗提供了方法。 Based on a large number of experimental data,the linear relationship between FFU residual pressure and energy performance index EPI is revealed.Combined with the fan similarity law,the slope of the linear relationship is fixed and the intercept is related to the air filter resistance.Therefore,the formula for estimating the energy consumption of the FFU is obtained,and the definition of the characteristic valueμof the energy performance of the FFU is given.On the basis of this,the formula is applied to provide a method for predicting the energy consumption of the FFU.
