摘要
目的探讨极低出生体重儿(VLBWI)心脏迷走神经张力和学龄期发育结局的相关性分析。方法选择2007年5月至2010年5月中山大学附属第八医院重症监护病房收治的VLBWI患儿60例进行分析,于33~35周孕龄进行呼吸性窦性心律失常(RSA)成熟评分,并记录其他生理指标,探讨其与学龄期发育结局的相关性分析。结果学龄期发育结局与出生后3年的发育结局密切相关,多元回归分析结果显示,VLBWIRSA成熟程度与学龄期的社交能力相关。结论通过RSA测量可早期评估中枢神经系统自我调节能力及预测学龄期发育结局。
Objective To investigate the correlation between cardiac vagal tone and school-age developmental outcome in very low birth weight infants(VLBWI).Methods This study analyzed 60 VLBWI admitted to our neurological intensive care unit(NICU)from May 2007 to May 2010.The respiratory sinus arrhythmia(RSA)maturity scoring was performed at 33 to 35 weeks of gestational age,and other physiological indicators were recorded,to explore its correlation with the developmental outcome at school age.Results The school-age developmental outcome was closely related to the developmental outcome at 3 years after birth.Multiple regression analysis showed that the VBAWI RSA maturity was related to the social ability at school age.Conclusion RSA measurements can be used to early assess central nervous system self-regulation and predict school-age developmental outcomes.
