摘要
以双华李和佛手为原料,采用微波杀菌技术研究这两种农产品的最优微波杀菌工艺条件。结果表明,双华李和佛手的最佳微波杀菌工艺参数均为微波功率595W,微波杀菌时间50s,样品堆放密度22.28%。在此杀菌条件下,双华李果胚中菌落总数为24CFU/g,而佛手果胚中菌落总数为16CFU/g。
The microwave sterilization technology was used to study the optimum microwave sterilization conditions of Shuanghua plum and bergamot. The results showed that the optimum microwave sterilization conditions of these two kinds of agriculture products were:microwave power for 595 W,sterilization of 50 s,material density was 22.28%. Under this sterilization condition,the total number of colonies in Shuanghua plum was 24 CFU/g,while that in bergamot was 16 CFU/g.
