摘要
菌种是国家的重要生物资源,也是生产、教学和科学研究的基本材料。为确保菌种的质量和活力,需要正确的菌种保藏方法。阐述了菌种保藏的重要性、菌种保藏常见方法及其存在的问题,探讨了常用菌种的保藏技术及关键点,好的保藏方法可延长菌种的保存时间,又可防止菌种退化。
Strain seeds are important bio-resources of a state;they are also basic materials of production,pedagogy, and scientific researches. In order to ensure the quality and activity of strain seeds,a correct strain seeds preservation method is needed. In this paper the importance of strain seeds preservation,common strain seeds preservation methods as well as their existing problems are expatiated,common used strain seeds preservation technology as well as the key points are also approached. A good preservation method could prolong the preservation time of the strain seeds;more- over it could prevent the degeneration of the strain seeds.
