药品质量的优劣对患者整个治疗过程和结果会产生直接的影响,为了更好地服务于患者,减少医疗纠纷,为其治疗步骤负责,建立药品质量控制体系具有绝对意义。药库药品管理属于医院质量控制体系中的重要一环,因此,保障药品的安全性、有效性是药品控制管理最直接的目的。在药品控制管理的过程中,需要针对采购环节、保管环节、供给环节进行监督管理,按照我国法规中的要求进行日常医疗服务。此外,定期对药品储备符合性进行评估,并在评估过程中生成分析报告和持续改进记录,对医院的日常管理具有实际意义。本文将针对目前医院药库药品的质量控制进行深层次的研讨。其主要包括的方面则为药库药品的采购和质量监管,以及药库系统的安全管理、药品摆放和管理人员的工作职责分析。从而保证药品使用过程上不会存在纰漏,进而影响患者的治疗。最后,本文通过简单的案例分析进行药品管理的说明。
The quality of drugs has a direct impact on the whole treatment process and results of patients. In order to serve patients better, reduce medical disputes and take responsibility for their treatment steps, it is absolutely significant to establish drug quality control system. Drug management is an important part of hospital quality control system. As a major aspect of treatment, drug management is closely related to people’s health. Therefore, the quality of drugs has a direct impact on the whole treatment. The most direct purpose of drug control and management is to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drugs. In the process of drug control and management, it is necessary to supervise and manage the procurement, custody and supply links, and to carry out daily medical services in accordance with the requirements of our country’s laws and regulations. Furthermore, regular evaluation of the compliance of the drug reserve, the analysis report and continuous improvement record generated during the evaluation, are of practical significance to the daily management of the hospital. This article will carry on the deep level discussion to the hospital pharmacy medicine quality control at present. The main aspects include the procurement and quality supervision of drugs in the pharmacy, the safety management of the drug storage system, the placement of drugs and the analysis of the job responsibilities of the managers. At the same time, we should always pay attention to the safety management of drugs, so as to ensure that there will be no disclosure in the process of drug use, which will affect the treatment of patients. Finally, this article provides a description of drug management through a simple case study.
