摘要
目的探讨如何规范药库管理,做好临床用药服务。方法通过规范药库管理要求,提高管理人员的素质;规范药品购入及使用管理及药库的日常管理等工作,以及加强医药之间的沟通协调,提高效率,做好服务。结果和结论药库必须在遵循自身规律的同时做好规范化管理更好服务临床。
Objective To discuss how to doing drugstore management well for assuring clinical using medicines safety.Methods Enhance the stuff of the manager through the specification management of drug storehouse;The article also raise the specification institutions of planning purchase drugs,medicines daily management,medicines using management and strengthen the medicines communication in drugstore management,for assuring clinical using medicines safely and effectively.Results and Conclusion The management targets of hospital drug storehouse must accord with the discipline of hospital and embody its specification management for assuring clinical using medicines safety.
