摘要
本论文主要是针对国内企业数控裁剪机距离误差过大,裁剪速度慢等问题,设计了一种以固高的运动控制卡为控制核心的数控裁剪机,系统采用了变频器、伺服电机及驱动器联合控制,达到控制系统加工速度调节的目的。主要介绍了数控裁剪机的运动功能需求,在此基础上进行了控制系统的设计,给出了整机控制系统的流程,并对控制系统的主要元气件进行了选型,还对控制系统进行了试验,结果表明符合需求。
This paper mainly aims at the problem of excessive distance error and slow cutting speed of CNC cutting machine in domestic enterprises.A numerical control cutting machine with a high motion control card as the control core is designed.The system uses inverter and servo motor,and the drive joint control to achieve the purpose of control system processing speed adjustment.The motion function requirements of the CNC cutting machine are introduced.On the basis of this,the design of the control system is carried out.The flow of the control system of the whole machine is given.The main components of the control system are selected and the control system is also carried out.The test showed that the results were in line with the demand.
