摘要
在智能化制造的大背景下,沙发制造业面临着新的转型机遇。天然皮革是沙发行业应用最多的原材料之一,目前国内沙发行业的天然皮革裁剪和加工方式仍停留在以人工裁剪为主,少量简单的机械设备为辅的初级加工阶段。定制化家具的壮大与发展使沙发制造业正在向多品种、小批量的方向转变。传统的皮革裁剪加工方式已经无法满足现代沙发企业的发展需求,先进的加工设备对沙发制造业的发展起着重要的推动作用,本文旨在通过分析天然皮革的智能化裁剪系统在沙发行业上的应用及研究现状,从而探讨沙发行业实现皮革智能裁剪的前景。
In the background of intelligent manufacturing,sofa manufacturing industry is facing a new transformation opportunity.Natural leather is one of the most widely used raw materials in sofa industry.At present,the cutting and processing methods of natural leather in domestic sofa industry are still in the primary processing stage,which is mainly artificial cutting and a small number of simple mechanical equipment as auxiliary.The expansion and development of custom furniture makes sofa manufacturing industry change to variety and small batch.Traditional leather cutting and processing methods can not meet the development needs of modern sofa enterprises.Advanced processing equipment plays an important role in promoting the development of sofa manufacturing industry.This paper aims to analyze the natural leather industry.The application and research status of intelligent cutting system in sofa industry are discussed,and the prospect of intelligent leather cutting in sofa industry is discussed.
