摘要
在人们生活水平不断提升的背景下,我国食品加工行业取得了快速发展;酶制剂在食品加工保鲜与检测中的应用较为广泛,并且在食品行业的健康发展中发挥着重要作用。本文通过对食品加工保鲜与检测中酶制剂的应用进行分析,进而为类似工作提出一些参考意见。
Under the background of people's living standards,the food processing industry has achieved rapid development in China.The application of enzyme preparations in food processing preservation and testing is widely used, and plays an important role in improving the healthy development of the food industry.This paper analyzes the application of enzyme preparations in food processing and preservation,and then puts forward some suggestions for similar work.
