机泵远程在线监测与智能诊断系统设计 被引量:12

摘要 工作地理位置范围广、工作环境恶劣、运行监测手段单一、机泵故障诊断能力参差不齐、故障预测能力低等问题,使得机泵制造企业故障处理与运维处于初级水平。为了提升公司机泵运行的安全性、可靠性,设计了远程在线监测与智能诊断系统。该系统在各现场分布式采集数据,在机泵制造企业端集中式实现多参数在线监测与查看。采用基于数据融合的神经网络算法实现故障智能分析与决策,找到精准定位故障点、智能化分析故障原因,为设备高效率检维修决策提供依据。逐渐预测机泵故障、实时监控故障劣化趋势、将临时或计划检修转变为预知性维修的目的,为检修争取时间,减少非计划停机。该系统最终降低了机泵制造企业售后服务成本、使用成本、提升在该制造领域的行业知名度,在产品上提高国产化能力、创新能力、“专精特”能力。 The wide range of work location,the harsh working environment,single operation monitoring means,uneven fault diagnosis ability of the pump and the low fault prediction ability make the fault handling and operation and maintenance of the pump manufacturing enterprise stay at the primary level.In order to improve the safety and reliability of the pump operation of enterprise,a remote online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system has been designed.The system distributed collecting data at each site,and centralized monitoring and viewing of multiple parameters in the pump manufacturing enterprise;using neural network algorithm based on data fusion to realize fault intelligent analysis and decision-making,to accurately locate fault points and intelligently analyze fault causes;provide basis for equipment high efficiency inspection and maintenance decision.Gradually predict machine pump failures,monitor failures in real time,turn temporary or planned maintenance into predictive maintenance,gain time for maintenance,and reduce unplanned downtime.Finally,the system reduces the after-sales service cost and use cost of the pump manufacturing enterprise.
